Rosmech Regen R6

The R6 Regenerative Air is a state-of-the-art twin-engine machine renowned for its impressive performance and versatility. Designed with a hopper capacity of 6.0 cubic metres, this regenerative sweeper excels in providing superior sweeping capabilities, even under the most challenging conditions.

The auxiliary engine powering the impressive suction power is a John Deere PowerTech E 4.5 four (4) cylinder turbocharged engine. This engine delivers 129 kW at 1800 RPM.

• Exceptional Manoeuvrability: The machine boasts a wheelbase that results in a 14-metre kerb-to-kerb turning circle, allowing for excellent agility in tight spaces.
• Reduced Noise Levels: The design of the R6 ensures minimal noise in the cab, thanks to its low RPM and strategically placed fan. Furthermore, the modern design of the auxiliary engine significantly reduces operational noise, making it suitable for use in built-up areas at any hour.
• User-Friendly Controls: The Murphy 7″ Colour CANbus control panel is ergonomically positioned for ease of use, with the most frequently used switches conveniently located on the door pods.

The R6 Regenerative Air is mounted on the Hino 500 FG 1628 Euro V cab chassis, which features the Euro V compliant 7.7-litre Hino Diesel J08E-WA engine. This six-cylinder, turbocharged, and intercooled engine delivers a robust output of 206 kW at 2500 RPM and 883 Nm of torque at 1500 RPM.

The Hino 500 FG 1628 is equipped with a 6-speed Allison 3000 series fully automatic transmission, designed to provide seamless power delivery between and during shifts. This results in improved acceleration, a smoother ride, and reduced torque shocks throughout the driveline.

With a gross vehicle mass (GVM) of 16 tonnes, the Hino FG 1628 Euro V cab chassis demonstrates outstanding reliability. Its cabin is designed with operator comfort in mind, featuring a CD player, air conditioning, cruise control, and premium ISRI air suspension seats as standard.
